Rippl partners with Runa offering instant employee reward

1 minute read

Rippl has partnered with Runa to offer instant employee reward to their customers’ employees and channel partners. The new partnership has led to the integration of Runa’s digital rewards API within Rippl’s platform reward centre, offering users access to over 700 global brands.

This new integration has boosted Rippl’s reward options for customers. The points earned through Rippl can now be immediately converted into a digital voucher, helping people in the workforce to feel valued through instant reward. The availability of popular high street and online brands such as Amazon, Deliveroo, John Lewis and Tesco, means users of the platform have an extensive range of options to choose from.

Additionally, the partnership will allow Rippl to serve regions in the UK and beyond, including Europe, America and parts of Asia. As Runa continually adds to its catalogue of vouchers, Rippl will be able to offer new and emerging brands to its global customers.

Chris Brown, Managing Director at Rippl said: “This integration with Runa has been vital to keeping up with the trends in workforce reward and recognition. Our customers are always looking to offer a wide selection of rewards to their employees and channel partners, and we strive to ensure we have the right tools to achieve that. Users of the Rippl platform can now be recognised, rewarded and receive their digital voucher via email within a matter of minutes, so it’s really helped to revolutionise the process”.

Etai Rosen, CRO at Runa said: “With so many people working remotely, businesses have been forced to find new ways to recognise and reward their employees. We are delighted Runa is now powering digital fulfilment on the Rippl platform, giving teams access to instant rewards from more than 700 leading brands. This new partnership is making it easier to provide recognition to and celebrate global workforces at scale.”

The leading manufacturer of heating systems in Europe, Vaillant, is currently benefiting from the Runa integration in their bespoke platform delivering the ‘Advance’ loyalty scheme. Zoe Smedley, UK Customer Engagement Manager at Vaillant adds: “Since the integration went live, we’ve seen a fantastic amount of activity from our installers converting their rewards into digital vouchers through the Runa catalogue. It’s extremely important to Vaillant that we can reward the hard work and loyalty of our installers and this new integration has allowed us to achieve that.”
