At Rippl, we believe in making waves in everything we do. Whilst we’re experts in all things employee engagement, another of our key focuses includes making a positive contribution in our wider communities. We strongly believe in giving back – our ‘Give Back’ programme enables our business and our people to deliver tangible impact by helping both local and national charities to deliver on their mission.

In 2023, we proudly launched our charity partnership with The Nelson Trust to support their vision.

Based in our county of Gloucestershire, The Nelson Trust is built upon a purpose to be a centre of excellence in delivering belief, hope and long-term recovery to lives affected by addiction and multiple disadvantage. With over 38 years’ experience in supporting vulnerable people with complex needs, they provide women’s community services and residential rehabilitation treatment programmes, as well as partner with local businesses to practically enable individuals to become self-sustaining in life, education and work. In 2022, The Nelson Trust helped over 3,300 women in the South West and Wales access treatment and residential services.

As charity partner, our team are able to directly support The Nelson Trust’s fundraising activities, volunteer opportunities, events, challenges and more throughout the year and make hands-on impact in supporting their mission.

One 2023 milestone was The Nelson Trust’s 10^th Anniversary Golf Day – an annual fundraiser event with sponsorship opportunities for local and national businesses that enable all proceeds to support The Nelson Trust’s in making their mission a reality.

We were proudly joined alongside other sponsors including Cotswold Cheltenham BMW, Enterprise Rent a Car and Lister Unified Communications and, together, raised £17,000.

Some wider initiatives of our partnership includes fund donation (via their JustGiving page), resource donation including food, sanitary products, clothes and household items, as well as team volunteering days.
