With a growing workforce of over 700 employees, across two kitchens, Bigham’s platform, ‘The Pantry’, will engage and nurture the people behind the brand.

In its first six weeks, ‘The Pantry’ soon evidenced an enhanced employee engagement solution:
- 25% employee registration rate within 4 days of platform launch.
