Rippl Named Finalist in 2026 British HR Awards!

We’re absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for Employee Benefits Provider of the Year in the 2026 Awards!
Over 474 entries were submitted this year from a wide range of UK organisations spanning scale-up disruptors, public sector heroes and global titans. We’re honoured to be recognised amongst these in bringing about tangible, meaningful change over the last 12 months.

It's an honour to be recognised by the British HR Awards for another year running – and something we couldn't do without our customers HGS UK and Dyno-Rod, who made up the fantastic success stories within our entry. Rippl exists to create workplace cultures across the globe that genuinely connect, value and empower colleagues so every person feels their contribution matters. This shortlisting highlights the real impact our software and teams have on the people behind a business.
Behind the shortlisting: real impact for real people
Our entry showcased two businesses tackling a shared challenge – engaging and rewarding deskless and decentralised teams – and the results speak for themselves.
For HGS UK, the launch of their ‘Ignite’ platform delivered an 88% colleague adoption rate, a 168% increase in discount voucher spend, and a 135% boost in EAP engagement – all while saving 30% on their annual licence fee compared to their previous provider.
For Dyno-Rod, their ‘Orange Moments’ app brought together over 1,200 engineers nationwide into a single branded benefits community – with engaged users showing an employee turnover rate 88% lower than non-engaged colleagues.
