Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As we enter our next rapid growth phase, we’re looking for a curious, technical and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel the next wave of impact.   • Remote-first (UK-based only)
  • £30,000 base salary | £50,000 OTE

We’re a lean, remote team with big ambitions. As Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we generate, qualify and convert B2B leads into long-lasting, high-value customer relationships. Sitting at the intersection between Sales and Marketing, you’ll help drive a steady stream of qualified opportunities into the pipeline – and bring sharp thinking, tools expertise and energy to our overall go-to-market approach.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales – ideally with employee experience, engagement or benefits tech
  • A proven track record of successfully prospecting outbound and generating qualified enterprise leads
  • Confident communicator, especially with senior stakeholders – resilient and persistent when managing objections and rejections
  • A natural problem solver who stays curious and embraces continuous learning
  • Highly skilled with CRMs and sales tools – you live in HubSpot (or similar), automate smartly, and crunch data to unlock better results
  • Proactive with AI tools and automations – whether it’s streamlining outreach or analysing patterns, AI is part of your workflow
  • Able to work independently within a fast-paced, remote environment while remaining collaborative, supportive and team-first

What would success look like?

Rippl follows a strategy model where everybody’s actions roll up to the bigger picture – so it’s important we make it clear what’s expected of our sales team. Success metrics for this role would include:

  • 80+ high-quality outbound touchpoints per day (across a variety of channels like email, phone and LinkedIn)
  • Generate an email open rate of at least 20%
  • Consistently schedule 15+ qualified meetings booked with target enterprise accounts per month
  • Maintaining a CRM that is consistently up-to-date following our processes and workflows
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with mid-market and enterprise-level organisations — identifying key stakeholders, building contact strategies and driving first conversations
  • Lead prospecting efforts across multiple channels (phone, email, social, video) to spark interest and engagement with senior decision-makers in People, HR and Reward roles
  • Own and build outbound campaigns end to end – supported by tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha – to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads
  • Leverage AI to create time-saving workflows, accelerate learning and uncover new GTM opportunities – we use AI in everything from lead scoring to personalisation
  • Qualify inbound leads using best-practice frameworks and deliver a steady pipeline of meetings for our senior sales team
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to close gaps in messaging, improve lead quality, and feed insights back into campaigns
  • Track and report on key outreach metrics and support continuous improvement across our sales motion
  • Opportunity to expand into discovery calls or deal support based on performance and career interests
  • £30k base salary, £50k OTE – results are recognised and rewarded (as you’d expect from a recognition business!)
