Computacenter named as Employee Benefits Awards finalist

The leading independent technology partner, Computacenter, has been named as a finalist in the “Best Motivation or Recognition Scheme” category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2022 for its global recognition and reward platform, delivered by Rippl.

The Employee Benefits Awards recognise excellence and celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals who have made a significant difference through their reward and benefits strategies.

Rippl submitted Computacenter’s global recognition and reward platform “Bravo” as a great example of how a consistent and centralised recognition and reward strategy can help break down global barriers, bring teams together and lower staff turnover.

As a FTSE 250 company with over 16,000 employees, 97 offices and a presence in 13 countries, Computacenter previously had challenges with global recognition and reward.

Before implementing the Rippl platform, Computacenter only had physical thank you cards and monetary vouchers to recognition employees; a process that was highly manual and time-consuming. The reward team sought a solution that facilitated cross-country and peer-to-peer recognition in an organic way, and Rippl has been in place ever since.
