2 minute read

After being crowned Employee Benefits Provider of the Year in the 2023 awards, we’re delighted to have been selected as Finalist in the British HR Awards for Technology Partner of the Year 2024.

At Rippl, we believe great things come when you empower the people potential behind a brand. That’s why our purpose is to nurture an environment that does just this so all talent can thrive.

With a range of categories including ‘Best Overall People Experience,’ ‘Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year’ and ‘Leader of the Year’, the British HR Awards set out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class People experience.

This year, over 300 entries were received from organisations across the UK from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, global titans and everything in between, so competition to be named a Finalist proved to be especially tough.

We’re delighted to be once again recognised in enabling tangible impact for our partners as Finalist for Technology Partner of the Year. At Rippl, we’re all about creating the foundation for success through a people-led platform that enhances wellbeing, champions workplace excellence and elevates job satisfaction. Because businesses thrive when its people do – and by celebrating the everyday, we enable positive and lasting impact.
