We’re excited to announce a brand-new partnership that brings expert-led mental health support directly to the frontline. The Wellbeing Collaboration, founded by leading Clinical Psychologist Dr Katie Jackson, is now available as a supplier within Rippl’s Benefits Marketplace.

This collaboration marks the first time The Wellbeing Collaboration has partnered with an employee engagement platform like Rippl. It represents a meaningful step forward in ensuring that mental health and psychological safety aren’t just considered for office-based teams, but are prioritised where they’re urgently needed: on the frontline.

Who is The Wellbeing Collaboration?

The Wellbeing Collaboration gives your managers and leaders the tools they need to implement a consistent, proactive mental health strategy.  They offer turnkey and tailored wellbeing services to organisations across the UK. Led by Dr Katie Jackson, a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist who has spent over a decade working in mental health and workforce support, the team specialises in practical, clinically grounded mental health support for employees in fast-paced, physically demanding, or emotionally taxing roles.

Katie is highly experienced and has worked in collaboration with organisations across various industries such as construction, logistics, manufacturing and the public sector  —  environments where wellbeing is often deprioritised due to shift work, operational pressure or a lack of line manager confidence. However, those are precisely the employees who face some of the highest levels of stress, psychological and social risks of declining mental wellbeing.

“Mental health support needs to be accessible, not aspirational — especially for people doing high-pressure and / or emotionally intensive work. There’s a growing awareness that something needs to change across frontline sectors, because looking after employee wellbeing has become a cornerstone of reducing mental health and wellbeing related absences. Working with Rippl enables us to collaborate with their customer base to deliver timely, cost effective, clinically informed solutions.” – Dr Katie Jackson, Founder of The Wellbeing Collaboration

The road to better mental health.

At the heart of The Wellbeing Collaboration’s approach is their Workplace Wellbeing Passport®️ — a practical framework designed to equip line managers with the tools and confidence to have meaningful mental health and wellbeing conversations with everyone in their team. With a strong focus on reducing the burden on HR while increasing real-world support, this model enables earlier intervention and helps shift workplace culture towards one that’s psychologically safer and more inclusive for everyone.

The offering also includes access to a digital Wellbeing Hub featuring videos, self-help content, guidance and a professional triage system — giving employees fast, supported access to the most appropriate care. As Rippl customers know, bringing benefits to life requires more than just listing them in a catalogue — it’s about visibility, relevance, and day-to-day action. Having The Wellbeing Collaboration within Rippl’s mobile-first Benefits Hub ensures these tools are within direct reach of the people who need them most, wherever they’re working.

Why this partnership matters.

This partnership represents an essential step forward in how frontline and deskless organisations approach employee wellbeing. Rippl was created to better support the 80% of the global workforce who don’t sit at desks – teams on shopfloors, in vehicles, on construction sites and across essential frontline services.

These workers are too often overlooked when it comes to engagement and wellbeing – and the data is clear:

  • Over half of all work absences are now linked to stress, anxiety or low mood.
  • Mental ill health costs UK employers up to £45 billion each year (Deloitte, 2022).
  • Only 1 in 10 frontline workers feel they have the right tools and resources to stay connected with their employer.
  • For every £1 invested in wellbeing support, employers can expect an average return of at least £5.

For Rippl, where the focus has always been on supporting hardworking, deskless teams that too often go unseen or unappreciated, this partnership is a natural fit.

“This is about recognising the lived reality of customer-facing or frontline work. Our platform was built for the heroes keeping shelves stocked, people cared for, and infrastructure moving. These team members face unique mental and emotional pressures every single day. By partnering with Katie and The Wellbeing Collaboration, we’re able to offer something with real clinical credibility — a wellbeing offer that doesn’t just tick a box, but genuinely meets people where they are.” – Samantha Harris, Chief Marketing Officer at Rippl.

What services will be available to Rippl customers?

The Wellbeing Collaboration will now be visible to all Rippl customers in our curated Benefits Marketplace, available for both turnkey access and deeper partnership packages tailored to specific industries or needs. With services ranging from 1:1 employee support and triage to manager training, team development, and strategic culture consulting, organisations will have a flexible set of options grounded in professional mental health practice.

Global Wellbeing Week

To mark the launch, Dr Katie Jackson and Samantha Harris will also be collaborating on a series of short videos, downloadable guides and insights during Global Wellbeing Week (24th-28th June), focused on building psychological safety, empowering line managers, and supporting HR teams in shifting away from reactive, surface-level wellbeing strategies.

Follow Rippl and The Wellbeing Collaboration on LinkedIn to access Global Wellbeing Week content starting from Wednesday.
