We’re Flexified! Rippl is a 2024 accredited Flexa employer.

Benchmarked against tens of thousands of data points, the ‘Flexified’ accreditation celebrates employers that meaningfully champion freedom and flexibility across workplace factors such as location, hours, work-life balance, autonomy, senior leadership and benefits to create a forward-thinking environment that reflects the modern needs of talent today.

We’re delighted to have Rippl accredited by Flexa for doing just this, with an impressive Flexscore of 82%!

How is Rippl’s Flexscore calculated?

Flexa’s experts first assess Rippl’s workplace processes and policies against the above key criteria and lots more in between. This data is then verified by surveying a statistically significant proportion of Rippl’s employees who rate their satisfaction in each area. On top of this, Flexa also consider wider elements alongside the Flexscore to benchmark our employee value proposition as a whole, including how well diversity and inclusion, fair pay and compensation, a purpose-led mission and vision, as well as reward and recognition are championed at Rippl.

And we’re pleased to say all of the above has contributed to Rippl achieving a 12-month Flexification status until we’re next assessed for renewal!
