Rippl is Crowned Double-Winner in the 2025 British HR Awards!

The kind of news we love to share. Rippl has been crowned double-winner in the 2025 British HR Awards for ‘Employee Benefits Provider of the Year‘ and ‘Technology Partner of the Year‘!
The British HR Awards discover, recognise and celebrate UK organisations that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience. Businesses entering range diversely from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, global titans and everything in between. Irrespective of organisation size, industry or resources, all Winners and Finalists showcase innovative initiatives that are transforming the people experience and delivering tangible impact.
With over 350 entries received this year, we are honoured to have Rippl recognised in not one, but two awards for the impact we’ve delivered over the last 12 months.
Employee Benefits Provider of the Year 2025.
We’re absolutely delighted to have Rippl recognised in delivering a market-leading employee benefits experience for the second time.
At Rippl, we understand every business is brilliantly unique – and their benefits strategy should be no different. Available on desktop, iOS and Android, Rippl streamlines tailored perks into a dynamic hub where our customers can host their existing benefits or personalise an offer from our extensive catalogue of hand-picked partners, all in a centralised shop window for employees to access from their pockets.
Rippl’s Benefits Hub is designed to support and empower colleagues in every corner of a business, whether they’re deskless, decentralised or based in head office. For Birmingham Airport’s operational frontline teams, 80% of colleagues actively engage with their tailored rewards and benefits offer through the BHXProudPerks app in their pockets. Within its first 12 months, £11.5k was generated in collective employee savings. Similarly, for HGS UK’s decentralised workforce, the ‘Ignite’ desktop and mobile app enhanced accessibility and engagement with benefits, resulting in a 92% monthly active engagement rate and 900%+ increase in eyecare voucher requests.

Technology Partner of the Year 2025.
Rippl is all about making every employee matter. Through a streamlined, all-in-one platform, we empower employers to deliver meaningful connection and measurable impact in unifying, valuing and rewarding their teams.
Fully customisable to reflect the unique requirements of our customers’ workforces, we tailor recognition, rewards, benefits and wider engagement features all under one roof so they can deliver an employee experience strategy like no other. For Betfred’s global teams, the B-Hive desktop and mobile app streamlines multi-level recognition, reward, benefits, competitions, feedback and so much more to Betfred’s 10,000 colleagues across their 1,350 betting shops. With a 91% registration rate, B-Hive has evidenced turnover is 50% less for recognised colleagues.
