Rippl Enters Next Phase of Growth Under New CEO, Will Roberts

It’s been an exciting time at Rippl with lots going on behind the scenes. We’re absolutely delighted to officially announce our new CEO, Will Roberts, who joined Rippl in the Spring of last year to lead our next phase of growth and turn our vision for 2026 and beyond into reality for our brilliant customers and their employees. 

This restructure and strategy refresh has led to a second round of investment from Stonehage Fleming to expand our platform footprint even further, after Rippl’s rate of new customer acquisition tripled following Will’s appointment. 

Will brings with him extensive experience in previously scaling digital rewards software, Loyalty Bay, and train ticket upgrade platform, Seatfrog. We’re delighted to have him shape Rippl’s future impact supporting more UK and global organisations to unite, engage and reward  their deskless and decentralised teams 

Most engagement software assumes everyone has a desk, a laptop, and Outlook. But the majority of the global workforce doesn't work that way. Rippl was built for the warehouse supervisor checking their phone between shifts, the retail assistant on the shopfloor, the delivery driver who never sees Head Office. That's where our technology is needed, and I’m delighted to lead the brilliant team at Rippl who drive this growth.

What’s next?

After being recognised in multiple industry awards in 2025 and being named Employee Benefits Provider of the Year and Best Reward & Recognition, we continue to strengthen our existing partnerships with leading international providers to deliver multi-currency rewards and local vouchers for globally dispersed teams. 

We’re beginning to grow the fantastic team behind Rippl who are creating waves in our industry, and are delighted to have welcomed Deborah Knight to our Leadership Team as Head of Customer Success, who brings a wealth of experience from the likes of Doctify and Perkbox. 

We also have big ambitions to accelerate our growth geographically. With users already in 39 countries worldwide, we plan to further expand Rippl into new regions such as South Africa in 2026.
