We’re delighted to officially announce our brand-new partnership with Doctor Care Anywhere, one of the UK’s leading virtual primary care providers, to provide extensive health and wellbeing benefits to our UK customers, available from their colleagues’ pockets.

Through this collaboration, together we’ll significantly expand the level of clinical support available to employees across the UK, particularly those in deskless and decentralised teams, to ensure essential health and wellbeing services are inclusive and accessible to every colleague, wherever they work.

By combining Rippl’s mobile-first platform with Doctor Care Anywhere’s clinically led services, we’re making it easier than ever for employees to address their health and wellbeing needs by removing the traditional barriers which often lead benefits to become invisible and inaccessible for teams who aren’t office-based.

Our partnership will deliver:

Enabling faster routes to the right support, Rippl provides greater benefits visibility, relevant wellbeing content and integrated contact channels for colleagues across the UK to access Doctor Care Anywhere’s extensive services:

  • GP appointments: Fast, convenient access to UK registered GP’s via video and phone consultations which are open for 24/7 appointments, helping employees get timely medical advice when it matters most.
  • Physiotherapy appointments: Direct access to physiotherapists, alongside a digital MSK treatment programme to support pain management, mobility and recovery, managed within a centralised treatment plan tool.
  • Mental health practitioner appointments: Access to qualified mental health practitioners for assessment and guidance, extending Rippl’s existing wellbeing and recognition tools with direct clinical support.
  • Full household support: Offering appointments and services for up to four dependents per household, so employees and their families can benefit from support.

The rise of workplace wellbeing.

Expectations around workplace wellbeing are continuing to evolve. Colleagues today are seeking fast, digital-first access to both physical and mental health support that fit around their modern lives.

Traditional benefits models and platforms often fall short in lacking reach particularly to deskless and frontline teams, where access is limited by reliance on corporate devices or location-based systems to view and take advantage of the support on offer.
